Drying and Curing Oven
We produce two types of ovens:
- Low temperature ovens up to 250 ºC
- High temperature ovens up to 550 ºC
The two types are divided into the categories:
- Tunnel ovens
- Box ovens
- Dip ovens
- Infrared ovens
3D designed channels for optimal heat distribution ensure our well-known even temperature distribution.
Our special designed burner unit – either electrical or gas – with high class insulation and efficient ventilation units make sure that as much as possible of the airflow ventilates.
The high quality galvanized steel construction suits the oven temperature and purpose, and improves the corrosion resistance.
A detachable steel cassettes on the outside of the oven, makes it easy to check and replace the insulation material. Service of the circulation and heating units is solely and unimpeded carried out from the outside of the oven.
The bearing capacity of the oven is not dependent on the insulation contrary to the construction of panel ovens.
Temperature zones are chosen if it serves the function of the oven. Also all ovens are sealed to ensure very small energy loss.
Tunnel Oven
This type of oven is shaped like a tunnel for the products or items to pass through.

Box Oven
This type of oven is typically used for manual lines or high capacity power and free lines.
A special type of box ovens are the ones used in a crane operated system; here the products or items enter the oven vertically by cranes.

Dip Oven
A dip oven is usually used for manual or automatic crane systems in which dip heat treatment is required during the finishing process.

High Temperature Oven
This type of oven can be constructed as tunnel or box oven; it is made of stainless steel with a very small dilation coefficient.
The skeleton is made of strong mild steel frames on which the stainless steel cassettes are placed in a holder allowing the whole inside of the oven to move freely to avoid oven damage due to the expansion.
High temperature ovens can handle an operating temperature up to 550 ºC.

Infrared Oven
This type of oven is constructed as a tunnel oven for the products to pass through and is heated by gas or electricity. We design the type, number and position of the lamps in close corporation with the customer.
In order to obtain the optimal reflection of the infrared waves, the oven is constructed in stainless steel (high gloss).
An infrared oven is very often used as a booster before a convection oven. Also for very heavy items, e.g. gas bottles, this oven type is an advantage as it transfers a very high amount of energy in a very short time.
